Did you ever dream of having the opportunity to meet a YouTuber with over 3.5 Million subscribers who participated in the Roblox Innovations? Meet Bella, who will tell us about her adventures launching the channel and her experience in the Roblox Innovations.

How did you start playing Roblox?
I actually started playing Roblox at the age of four because of my older sister Ali! She would play it every single day after school which made me interested in trying it out. I remember quickly getting addicted to Roblox, so sometimes I would sneak on my sister’s account without her knowing just to play.
How did you start your YouTube Channel?
Growing up, I’ve always been a super energetic and social child. Seeing other youtubers get to build an audience and connect with people from around the world was so exciting and interesting to me. I also found a lot of comfort in watching other creators, specifically those in gaming and lifestyle niches. Seeing creators do what they love and publicly share their interests was something I really wanted to try and do as well! In my case, at the age of 8, I really loved to watch Roblox creators and one of my favorite games at the time was “Welcome to Bloxburg”, a fun roleplaying game with building opportunities, which led me to making speed build videos to help other players recreate my builds for them to use in their gameplay!
When you started playing Roblox, did you plan to start a YouTube Channel?
Not really, I was really young when I started playing Roblox so at that moment, it never crossed my mind since I had no idea what Youtube or most social media platforms were yet. When I got a bit older, I started using Youtube, which led me to watching tutorials on all things related to becoming a youtuber. I learned how to record my gameplay, make thumbnails and do simple video editing with free programs online since I was young and couldn’t afford any of those cool softwares.
When you started the channel, did you expect to have that many followers?
Not at all! The thought of even having 100 people follow me was so shocking and exciting. To be where I am at now, is still surreal and honestly a dream come true for me. I am so grateful for all the people that support me and my silly videos, It really means the world to me.
Did anyone in particular inspire you to create this channel?
I feel like there is no specific person, if anything it’s a mix of all the creators I used to watch a lot growing up. Some of the ones I remember the most would be: Denis Daily, Dolan Twins, IHasCupquake, AA Millers, PewDiePie, Gloom and many more!
Once the channel grew, how did you separate your everyday life from working on your channel?
When my channel started blowing up, I was still in school. At times, it would be very stressful managing my school work, plus being consistent on Youtube, but it was something I was truly passionate about so I had to make sure to balance my time and prioritise both as much as possible. Once I graduated highschool, I decided to go all out and fully prioritise content creation since I believe this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Right now, being a content creator, definitely sums up a lot of my everyday life, but being that it is both my hobby and job, It can be hard to pause the grind at times. Even so, I do believe that it is important to take breaks and spend quality time with family and friends, so whenever I can I make sure to do so!

How did you get nominated as the Best Video Star in the Roblox Innovation Awards 2023?
Honestly, I owe it all to my amazing and supportive community as they truly are the ones who made this possible. When I received the email saying I got nominated, I literally started crying of joy and shock. Although I did not win, simply being acknowledged and considered for such an awesome award is so heartwarming and such an honor, so really it’s all thanks to the Bell Fam!
How were you selected to represent the People’s Choice Roblox Innovation Awards 2024?
Roblox contacted me and invited me to be part of this exciting event, and I was super thrilled and honored, so I accepted the invitation! I remember being so nervous going on stage in front of many people, but it was so awesome and I’m super grateful to have had the opportunity to present an award!
Did your YouTube channel evolve in a way? Is there anything that surprised you?
I feel like throughout the years, my channel definitely has evolved. I’ve had multiple “eras” where I change my character looks, or even mix up the type of Roblox content I post. Something that younger me would probably be in shock is me doing Facecam content and basically putting myself out there for others to see.
If a Roblox Player asked you for advice on creating a successful YouTube channel, what advice would you give? Why?
If someone asked me for advice I would say, be your true authentic self, be consistent and make content that you would want to watch. If you wouldn’t watch your own video (from a viewer perspective) , then chances are you are doing something you’re not passionate about. Find a topic you really love and are genuinely interested in, and naturally people will see that and be attracted to your content. Lastly, be intentional with what you post online, don’t just post random stuff in hopes for views, make sure it’s something you are proud of and are excited to share with the world. If being a creator is truly your dream, don’t give up.
